What is a DTF transfer?
DTF, is otherwise known as Direct To Film. This printing technique involves printing any design and color directly onto a film and then transferring it to any material such as cotton, polyester and linen with a simple 15 second heat press..
What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers work on:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Cotton/Poly blends
- Nylon*
- Tri-blends
- Most light and dark fabrics
(*Nylon may require low-temperature adhesive powder.)
What temperature and press settings should I use?
Recommended settings:
- Temperature: 285–305°F (140–150°C)
- Pressure: Medium
- Time: 10–15 seconds
- Peel: Cold peel
- Final Press: 5 seconds with parchment paper or Teflon
Note: Settings may vary depending on your heat press.
How durable are your DTF transfers?
Our DTF transfers are extremely durable and can withstand 40–60+ washes without cracking or fading when applied correctly. For best results, wash garments inside out with cold water and avoid high-heat drying.
What is the minimum I can order?
No Minimums! Whether you need 1 or 100,000 we can do it!
What file format do you accept?
We accept:
- PNG (recommended)
- SVG
- EPS
- AI (outlined fonts)
All files must have a transparent background and at 300 DPI to guarantee the best quality.
How long does production take?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Large or complex orders may take longer.
How should I prepare my artwork?
Use 300 DPI resolution
Transparent background
Correct sizing
No blurry or pixelated elements
Text outlined if using vector files
Do you offer gang sheets?
Yes! You can upload multiple designs on one sheet. Our maximum print width is 22 inches, and length is customizable.
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship across the United States. Shipping options vary depending on your location and order size.
Can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is available in our service area. After ordering, you will receive pickup instructions via email.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on printed gang sheets or custom transfers. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Do you adjust or edit artwork?
Basic adjustments are included (resizing, removing white background). Advanced editing may require an additional fee.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer wholesale discounts for large-volume orders. Contact us for details.
Can I reorder previous designs?
Yes, if you created an account or previously emailed your artwork, we can easily locate and reprint past orders.
What if I need help with my design?
We offer optional design assistance. Send us your idea, and we can help prepare it for printing.
